1. General Medical Disclaimer

Wholistically Yours LLC provides holistic wellness services, including but not limited to Reiki, Reflexology, Halotherapy, Yoni Steams, Tarot, and Wellness/Nutrition Coaching. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or care.

Tatiana is a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) acting in the capacity of a holistic wellness practitioner and coach, not as your primary care provider. No nurse-patient relationship is established through these services. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or before starting any new wellness regimen.

2. General Liability Waiver

By booking and participating in any service offered by Wholistically Yours LLC, I acknowledge and accept that:

• I am voluntarily participating in these holistic wellness services.
• I understand that holistic healing modalities are complementary and do not guarantee specific medical or psychological results.
• I release Wholistically Yours LLC, its owner, practitioners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising out of any injury, illness, or adverse effect that may occur as a result of my participation.
• I take full responsibility for my own health, well-being, and any decisions I make based on the information or services provided.

3. Modality-Specific Consents

Reiki & Energy Healing

I understand that Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hovering) energy technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, or interfere with medical treatment.

Pet Reiki

I understand that Pet Reiki is a complementary energy therapy for animals and is not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis, or medical treatment. I confirm that I am the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet receiving services and take full responsibility for their behavior and well-being during the session.

Yoni Steam Therapy

I understand that Yoni Steaming involves sitting over a warm herbal steam. I confirm that I am not pregnant, menstruating, experiencing an active internal infection, or using an IUD (unless cleared by my practitioner/physician). I understand the risks of heat exposure and will communicate immediately if the temperature is uncomfortable.

Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy)

I understand that Halotherapy involves inhaling dry, pharmaceutical-grade salt. While generally safe, I acknowledge that it is not recommended for individuals with severe respiratory failure, active tuberculosis, coughing of blood, or severe heart issues.

Reflexology

I understand that Reflexology is a relaxation technique utilizing pressure points on the hands and feet. I understand it is not a medical massage and does not treat specific illnesses. I will inform the practitioner of any foot/leg injuries, blood clots, neuropathy issues, or if I am pregnant.

Tarot & Spiritual Guidance

I understand that Tarot and intuitive readings are for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Practice Massage Sessions

I understand that practice massage sessions are provided by a Myomassology student for educational and relaxation purposes. These sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment or a licensed medical massage. I agree to inform the practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, or areas of concern prior to the session.

4. Client Responsibilities

All medical conditions must be disclosed before services. I agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding my health history, current medications, and any physical or mental conditions that may affect my participation. I agree to inform my practitioner immediately if I experience any discomfort during a session so adjustments can be made.
