How do I book my monthly services?
Once you become a member, you'll receive a unique booking link or code. You can also book directly through our website, and your membership benefits will be automatically applied to your account.
What is the cancellation policy for members?
We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. For the membership itself, we ask for a 30-day written notice if you wish to cancel your monthly subscription.
Do my unused services roll over to the next month?
To encourage consistent self-care, we recommend using your services each month. However, we allow one unused service to roll over for up to 30 days.
Can I share my membership with a friend or family member?
Memberships are designed for individual use to support your personal healing journey. However, the Sacred Wellness and Elite tiers include quarterly guest passes so you can share the gift of wellness with others!
Is there a minimum commitment period?
We believe in the power of consistency, so we recommend a 3-month commitment to see the best results, but you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
