To get the most out of your healing journey, please follow these simple pre and post-care guidelines for your sessions.
Important Arrival Notice
For all services, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to complete necessary paperwork and discuss any health-related matters before your session begins.

What To Bring

Before Your Session
- Hydrate well 24 hours before your session.
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 4 hours prior.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

After Your Session

After Your Session
- Allow your pet to rest; they may sleep more than usual as the energy integrates.
- Ensure they have access to plenty of fresh water.

Before Your Session
- Wear comfortable clothing. Salt particles are fine but may leave a light dust on dark fabrics.
- Arrive hydrated.
- Avoid wearing heavy perfumes or colognes out of respect for others' respiratory sensitivities.
- If you have a persistent cough or active fever, please reschedule your session.
After Your Session
- Increase water intake to support the respiratory clearing process.
- You may experience a light cough or sinus drainage as the salt works to clear your airways; this is normal.
- Rinse your face or hands if you feel a slight salt residue.
- Rest and enjoy the continued feeling of relaxation.
